Description
Acetamiprid Colloidal Gold Rapid Test Card is a rapid test card that does not require any equipment. It is used to detect the content of acetamiprid in agricultural products. The detection threshold of this product is 0.01mg/kg.
[Detection Principle]
Acetamiprid rapid detection card applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. Acetamiprid in the sample binds to the specific monoclonal antibody labeled with colloidal gold during the flow process, inhibiting the antibody and NC membrane detection line acetamiprid. Binding of amidine-BSA conjugates. If the content of acetamiprid in the sample is greater than or equal to 0.01mg/kg, the test line (T) has no red band, and the result is positive; otherwise, the test line (T) shows a red band, and the result is negative.
[Result Judgment]
- Negative (-): The color of the test line (T) is darker or the same as that of the quality control line (C), indicating that the concentration of acetamiprid in the sample is lower than the detection limit or does not contain acetamiprid.
- Positive (+): The color development of the detection line (T) line is lighter than the C line, or the detection line (T) is not colored, indicating that the residual concentration of acetamiprid in the sample is greater than the detection limit.
- Invalid: The quality control line (C) does not develop color; it may be due to improper operation or failure of the test card. Re-test with a new test card.
