Description

This kit is suitable for a broad-spectrum extraction kit for genomic DNA from small systems of whole blood (≤1 ml), cultured cells, and animal tissues. The kit uses a unique lysis system to denature the protein, combined with the principle of specifically adsorbing nucleic acids on the silica gel membrane, to quickly purify the genomic DNA. The DNA purified by this kit can be directly subjected to experimental operations such as PCR, restriction enzyme digestion and Southern blot.

Precautions

■ When the genome is stored for a long time, it is recommended to store it in Buffer TE; it is necessary to ensure that the value of purified nucleic acid OD260/OD280 is within the range of 1.7-1.9; and the concentration of genomic DNA is within the range of 100-300 ng/μl.
