Carboweil rapid test card is a kind of rapid test card that does not require any equipment. It is used to detect the content of carbosulfur in agricultural products. The detection threshold of this product is 0.01mg/kg.
[Detection Principle]
The Carboweil rapid detection card applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. Carboweil in the sample binds to the specific monoclonal antibody labeled with colloidal gold during the flow process, inhibiting the antibody and the NC membrane detection line. Binding of Wei-BSA conjugates. If the carbocarb content in the sample is greater than or equal to 0.01mg/kg, the test line (T) has no red band, and the result is positive; otherwise, the test line (T) shows a red band, and the result is negative.
[Result Judgment]
- Negative: The quality control line shows a red band, and the test line also shows a red band.
- Positive: No red band appears on the quality control line (showing a red band, while the test line T).
- Invalid: If the quality control line is not colored or only the detection line (T) is colored, it means that the operation process is incorrect or the detection card is invalid.
