Description
Carnacarb Colloidal Gold Rapid Test Card is a rapid test card that does not require any equipment. It is used to detect the content of Carnacarb in agricultural products. The detection threshold of this product is 1.0mg/kg.
[Detection Principle]
Carnacarb Rapid Detection Card applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. Carnayl in the sample binds to the specific monoclonal antibody labeled with colloidal gold during the flow process, inhibiting the antibody and carnaphthalene on the NC membrane detection line. Binding of Wei-BSA conjugates. If the content of carbaryl in the sample is greater than or equal to 1.0mg/kg, the test line (T) has no red band, and the result is positive; otherwise, the test line (T) shows a red band, and the result is negative.
[Result Judgment]
- Negative (-): The color development of the test line (T) is darker or the same as that of the quality control line (C), indicating that the concentration of carbaryl in the sample is lower than the detection limit or does not contain carbaryl.
- Positive (+): The color of the detection line (T) is lighter than that of the C line, or the detection line (T) is not colored, indicating that the residual concentration of carbaryl in the sample is greater than the detection limit.
- Invalid: The quality control line (C) does not develop color; it may be due to improper operation or failure of the test card. Re-test with a new test card.
