【INTENDED USE】
Use for the collection, transportation and storage of virus specimen in labs or hospitals.
【MAIN COMPONENTS】
RNA Preservation Solution Tube; Flocked Swab.
【SAMPLE REQUIREMENT】
This product can be equipped with disposable sampling swabs, sampling method is as follows:
1.Nasal Sampling: Gently insert the swab head into the nasal cavity and scrape the cavity wall. Immerse the swab head into sample solution and discard the tail of swab.
2.Oral Sampling: Use the swab to wipe the bilateral pharyngeal tonsils and posterior pharyngeal wall, immerse the swab head into sample solution and discard the tail of swab.
【DETECTION】
1.Before sampling, mark the sample information on the label of the sampling tube.
2.According to different test purposes, use the sampling swab to sample the corresponding parts.
3.Put the swab into the sampling tube after sampling, break the swab tail, then tighten the tube cover.
4.Ship the collected samples to the laboratory in time ( Transportation can be at room temperature).

【APPLICATION】
This product is used for the collection, transportation and storage on specimen of clinical respiratory virus, enterovirus, mycoplasma pneumoniae and chlamydia pneumoniae.
【PRECAUTION】
1.This product is an inactivated virus solution tube and non-sterile, only used for the collection and transportation of virus samples.
2.This product should not be used if it is out of expired date or damaged packing.
3.Sampling should strictly follow the sampling procedure, otherwise it would affect the virus isolation positive rate.
4.Sample testing should be conducted in laboratories that meet safety levels.
5.All biological specimens and materials that come into contact with this product should be considered as infectious biological hazards. Please handle them according to local relevant laws and regulations.
【STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE】
Store at 4-30 ℃, shelf life is 12 months.
