Description

This product is divided into two concentrations of 2.5 mM each and 10 mM each. Both are equimolar mixtures of dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP. The purity of dNTPs is over 99%, and it does not contain DNase and RNase, and is suitable for amplification reactions of various polymerases.

Standard usage for PCR:

2.5 mM dNTP is 4 μl for a 50 μl reaction system (final concentration of 200 μM each).
