Description
The kit uses a centrifugal adsorption column that specifically binds DNA and a unique buffer system to extract genomic DNA from dried blood spots. The silicon matrix material used in the centrifugal adsorption column is a unique new material of the company. It efficiently and specifically adsorbs DNA, which can remove impurities and other organic compounds in the cell to the utmost extent. The extracted genomic DNA fragments are large, high in purity, and stable in quality. The DNA recovered using this kit can be applied to various routine operations, including digestion, PCR, real-time PCR, library construction, Southern hybridization and the like.
Features:
1. The sample is widely applicable: genomic DNA can be directly extracted from various types of dried blood spots.
2. High quality: unique lysis buffer system, purified DNA with high concentration, high purity, good integrity, etc., to meet the experimental needs of chip hybridization, high-throughput sequencing.
3. Fast and non-toxic: adopt the principle of silica membrane adsorption, without phenol/chloroform, the experiment can be completed within 1 h.
Storage conditions:The kit can be stored for 12 months at room temperature (15-25 ° C) and at 2-8 ° C for longer periods of time. Under the storage conditions of 2-8 ° C, if the solution is precipitated, the solution in the kit should be allowed to stand at room temperature for a period of time before use. If necessary, incubate in a 37 ° C water bath for 10 min to dissolve the precipitate.
Precautions: Be sure to read this precaution before using this kit.
1. If there is a precipitate in the buffer GA or GB, re-dissolve in a 37 ° C water bath, shake and use.
2. After using the solution, tighten the cap to avoid evaporation.
3. All centrifugation steps were performed at room temperature.
4. If the solution is in contact with skin and mucous membranes, rinse immediately with tap water, which will not cause any risk of injury to the operator.
