Description

2×miRNA qPCR master mix fluorescence quantification reagent is designed for miRNA fluorescence quantitative detection with higher sensitivity and better repeatability. The kit uses SYBR Green Ι dye method for the quantitative detection of microRNA. The 2× miRNA qPCR master mix premix contains high-efficiency and rapid hot-start enzyme and high concentration of SYBR Green Ι dye, which has faster reaction speed and higher detection sensitivity. The ROX dye is provided to correct the fluorescence signal error generated between the well and the well of the quantitative PCR instrument, and is suitable for different types of real-time PCR instruments.
