Description
Avian flu, also known as true chicken or European chicken, is an acute, highly lethal infection of poultry caused by Avian Influenza Virus (AIV), characterized by acute septic death to asymptomatic toxicity. The reagent is used for detecting avian influenza virus common antigen in avian trachea and cloaca secretion, and can be used for avian influenza virus infection screening and auxiliary diagnosis.
Principle:The reagent is prepared by the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography (GICA). After the sample is added to the sample hole, it moves along the chromatographic membrane together with the colloidal gold label. If the AIV antigen is present in the sample, the detection line shows a purple color. No color reaction is produced in the absence of AIV antigen in the sample. The AIV-specific monoclonal antibody was selected for this reagent, and the AIV common antigen was measured by sandwich method. High sensitivity to detect all subtypes of avian influenza virus. Good specificity, no cross-reactivity with influenza B virus, Newcastle disease virus and other common poultry viruses.
